Sunny Moments in Lake Blindsee

Our day trip to Blindsee (roughly 1100m above sea level, near Lermoos in Tyrol/Austria) was worth the effort: two peaceful dives in a meager, yet very beautiful underwater landscape. Featuring a pikepearch clearly demonstrating against fotographic lenses and tenches chilling in sun light. Enjoy the scenery!

Then there was Light! Beautiful illumination in Blindsee (view on YouTube)

My two GoPro HD Hero 3 Black Edition cams worked without a flaw. If it weren't for the abysmal short battery life of barely an hour ... while we were 75 minutes below surface with air for at least 90 minutes in the 12l tanks.

I filmed the footage using the GoPro tray with handles made by sub zero.

Again, I filmed using just the 2700x1520 resolution, with 25 frames/second. Protune was enabled, with white balancing set to raw. Phew, no more totally greenish footage, except for the natural fraction caused by green algae in the water. The Transcend memory cards worked as required. Tell Sandisk.

Cutting and color post processing of the raw footage was done, as usual, in Kdenlive.
